Take your training to another level by joining a twice weekly evening Bootcamp session. Weigh in at start and finish, including body weight percentage.
Special 8 Week Bootcamps are scheduled for certain dates throughout the year

Come along to get a good hit out and great cardio session. Boxing is for everyone as it provides a great upper body workout, gets the heart pumping, burns up to 500 calories all while relieving stress! There's no better end to a day than having a great boxing session. Workouts are varied every week to make it fun and interesting.
